Join us to experience a nourishing day of Rest in the breathtaking surroundings of Gorse Hill. The studio looks out over Dublin / Wicklow Bay. Together we will explore all the ways we can find Rest in this ever busy world we live in. We will guide you through the different types of Rest.

Spiritual Rest through Meditation, Breathwork and Mindfulness

Sensory Rest through connecting with Nature and listening to live Music.

Mental Rest through Reflective Writing.

Creative Rest through exploring creative practices to include painting, drawing and collage.

Physical Rest through Yoga Nidra as you receive Reiki Healing.

Emotional and Social Rest by having the time and space in community to release and receive.

You will leave Resourced, Restored and deeply Rested and Connected.

What to Expect?

• 11am Coffee and Welcome

• Followed by Meditation to ground and land with Gentle Movement Practices to include Yoga and Qi Gong practiced outside if weather permits

• This will be followed by connection to the land with an exploratory nature walk in the gardens

• Break for lunch which will be followed with Creative Practice to include painting, drawing and reflective writing. No experience needed.

• Yoga Nidra as you receive Reiki Healing

• Finish by 4.30pm/5pm

All Materials will be provided along with snacks for Coffee/Tea break and a light lunch.
